I'm Suzy & I love food!

After a shock diagnosis of Crohn's Disease 23 years ago, I was lucky enough to have a specialist who was ahead of the game.

He told me I could either have operations to remove substantial parts of my intestines, or I could try and control the disease nutritionally.

Obviously I chose the latter, and, over time and with a lot of trial, error and finding out what worked for my body, I transformed my diet to a plant-based, glutenfree lifestyle.  

Over the years I have managed to control the disease this way, preventing the need for surgery and minimising medication, and altogether feeling much healthier.


On this ongoing journey to wellness and with a passion for cooking and eating and learning more about nutrition, I have learnt to recreate plantbased versions of family favourites, as well as brand new recipes.


Good quality, nutritious, and delicious food is the key to living a long and healthy life.

And cooking for and sharing food with people is one of my favourite things to do.

As a qualified Health Coach in plant based nutrition, I design plant-based, vegan, gluten-free, nutritionally balanced recipes, to help you eat your best and feel your best.
